Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream:

    • Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a graduation degree in fields like Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. Alternatively, qualifications like Company Secretary (CS), Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or an MBA/PGDM in any discipline will also be accepted.
    • Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field is required.

    Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’ – General:

      • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline or an equivalent technical/professional qualification. A Post-Graduation in any discipline or an equivalent technical/professional qualification is also acceptable.
      • Experience: A minimum of 5 years work experience in a relevant field is required.

      Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’ – Legal:

        • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law (BL).
        • Other Requirements: They should be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
